REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Alpha Tides is committed to providing clear information regarding cancellations, refunds, damaged shipments, and return requests.

Because research materials may be subject to handling, storage, fulfillment, documentation, and product-integrity considerations, customers should carefully review product information before submitting an order.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

An order may be eligible for cancellation if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packaged, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

2. REFUND REQUESTS

Do not discard damaged packaging or affected materials until the issue has been reviewed.

4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers should not return research materials without prior authorization from Alpha Tides.

Where a return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for reimbursement.

5. PRODUCT INTEGRITY AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Because research materials may be affected by storage, handling, temperature, packaging, or contamination after delivery, opened or improperly stored materials may not be eligible for return.

6. SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES

Promotional value itself is not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.
